From 1st October, Islip Medical Practice will actively ‘triage’ all patient contacts. Every patient request will be checked by our doctors first to ensure you get the right care, in the right place, at the right time.

ALL practice contacts will be routed through a single portal, accessible via our website, and it will not be possible to email in. It’s all about improving access, safety, and efficiency for everyone. Try it by clicking the yellow banner above.
